When will I receive my order?

Processing an order takes between 3 and 7 business days, after which we will ship it. Delivery time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

Spain: 2 to 5 business days
Europe: 5 to 8 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed in the event of force majeure or events beyond our control.

Where is my order shipped from?

We ship from Barcelona, Spain.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order?

For shipments within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For shipments outside the EU, all import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary between countries, so we recommend checking with your local authorities.

My order should have arrived, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address.
Check with your local post office to inquire about your package.
Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery person left the package in a safe place.

Helpful tip: Prevent theft. If you won't be home on the delivery day, provide your work address or the address where you will be that day.

How can I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link in your email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com.

My order contains an incorrect or damaged item, what should I do?

We are very sorry that your order contains a damaged or incorrect item. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, including your order confirmation number and photos of the item. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible.
