What’s your return policy? 

We only refund those customers who receive damaged or incorrect items and contact us before 7 days after receiving the order. If this were your case, please send photos of your article to, and we will make sure to find a solution. 

Shipping charges

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping charges from orders and returns are not refundable.

Can I exchange the size or color of my article after I receive it?

If you are unsure about what size will fit you best, contact us at and we will gladly offer personalized assessment.

Though it is uncommon, some items might be mistagged. If that were to be the case please contact us at ​​ in the 7 days following your order delivery. Make sure to include photos of the article and your Order Number and we will help you as soon as we can.

Exchange conditions

We will accept exchange within 30 days. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Swimwear and lingerie
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

Tops and dresses
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
