Returns

What is our return policy?

We only refund customers who receive damaged or incorrect items and contact us within 7 days after receiving the order. If this is your case, please send photos of your item to returnsglambcn@gmail.com and we will make sure to find a solution.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for orders and returns are non-refundable.

Can I change the size or color of my item after receiving it?

If you are not sure which size will fit you best, contact us at returnsglambcn@gmail.com and we will gladly offer you personalized advice.

Although uncommon, some items might be mislabeled. If this is the case, please contact us at returnsglambcn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exchange conditions

We accept exchanges within 30 days. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with no signs of wear, and with all original tags attached. Please follow the advice below to keep your items in suitable condition for exchange:

Shoes
Shoes scratch very easily on hard surfaces. Always try them on over a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged along with the shoes.

Swimwear and lingerie
For hygiene reasons, please try these garments on over your underwear. Do not remove the protective adhesive.

Tops and dresses
Be careful not to stain the garment with makeup or deodorant.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

International returns

We do not accept returns for international purchases.
Orders placed outside Spain cannot be returned or exchanged. If you find any problem with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us anyway at returnsglambcn@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will do our best to find a solution keeping in mind that international logistics may limit the available options.
