When will I receive my order?

It takes 3 to 7 business days to manage an order, after which we will ship it to you. The delivery period depends on your location but you can calculate in the following way:

Europe (for orders coming from within the continent): From 5 to 8 business days

EEUU (for orders coming from within the country): It is managed as an international order and takes from 10 to 12 business days

We ship from Barcelona, Spain

Do I have to pay taxes for my order?

Some international orders may incur on extra expenses due to customs and taxes. These fees are external to us and exceed our competencies, they are decided by your custom agency. Custom policies are very different between countries so we highly recommend referring to local authorities to these matters.

My order should have arrived but I have not received it yet, what should I do?

Before reaching out to us, help us following these steps:

  • Verify your confirmation e-mail to make sure there are no mistakes in the shipping address.
  • Refer to your local post office to ask for your package.
  • Confirm with your neighbors in case the delivery person may have left your package in a secure place.

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you are not going to be home on the date of your delivery, provide your work address or the address you will be at that day. 

If your address is correct and you cannot find your package either at the post office or around your neighbors, contact us at ​ customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and provide your order confirmation number.

Pro tip: Your Zip code is a crucial part of your address, make sure that you provided the correct one.

How can I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link in your e-mail inbox once your order is shipped. If you have any inquiries about the shipping of your order, contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com.

My order contains a wrong or damaged item, what should I do?

We are very sorry if your order contains a damaged article. To solve it as son as possible, email us at ​customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com,​ in the week following the day you received your package, including your order confirmation number and any other detail about the order that might be helpful. We will get in touch with you with a solution in a short period of time.

What’s your return policy?

Do you offer refunds?

We only refund those customers who receive damaged or incorrect items. If this were your case, please send photos of your article to customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and we will make sure to find a solution that works both ways.

Can I exchange the size or color of my article after I receive it?

If you are unsure about what size will fit you best, try using our size charts and the references available on our article’s descriptions or contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and we will gladly offer personalized assessment.

Though it is uncommon, some items might be mistagged. If that were to be the case please contact us at ​customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com​ in the 7 days following your order delivery. Make sure to include photos of the article and your Order Number and we will help you as soon as we can.
