Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and to ensure your Melissa Odabash swimwear & beachwear remains in perfect condition, please follow the care guidelines to ensure longevity:

BEACH CARE:
-Hand wash with a very mild detergent in cold water
-Some items are dry clean only, please check the label before washing.
-Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
-Sunblock, lotions, oils, and chlorine can cause discolouration.
-Knit or crochet garments must be stored folded and not hung.
-Do not tumble dry, do not iron.
-Please note that beachwear styles that are made from 100% viscose are subject to possible shrinkage therefore we would kindly remind you to take extra care when washing and drying these garments.

Only damaged or incorrect items will be refunded if reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photos sent via email). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.

Please note that all sale items, swimwear, activewear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and footwear are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
