Returns and Exchanges
For national online purchases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To request a return, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and include your order number.
The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will be made within the applicable legal period from the date we receive your withdrawal request, provided that we have received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect orders or defective items.
Size or Color Exchanges
We accept size or color exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com indicating your order number and the change you require.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in a national order, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details.
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
International Returns
We do not accept returns on international purchases. Orders placed outside Spain cannot be returned or exchanged. If you notice any issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to find a solution, considering that international logistics may limit the options available.
Sale, Outlet or Final Sale Items
A limited number of heavily discounted items may be marked as final sale. In such cases, they will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
When an item is considered final sale, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, without original tags, or not in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Personalized, made-to-order, or modified items requested by the customer cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or order errors.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been unsealed, used, or handled after delivery, except in cases of defects or order errors.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Order number.
- Full name.
- Item you wish to return or exchange.
- Reason for your request.
- In case of damage or error, photos of the received item.
We will reply with the instructions needed to complete the process.
