Returns

What is our return policy?

We only refund customers who receive damaged or incorrect items and contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order. If this is the case, please send photos of your item to customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and we will find a solution.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for orders and returns are non-refundable.

Can I exchange the size or color of my item after receiving it?

If you are unsure which size will fit you best, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com and we will be happy to offer personalized advice. Although uncommon, some items may be incorrectly labeled. If this is the case, please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be sure to include photos of the item and your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Shoes: Shoes scratch easily on hard surfaces. Always try them on a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Swimwear and Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, please try on garments over your underwear. Do not remove the adhesive backing.

Tops and Dresses: Be careful not to stain the garment with makeup or deodorant.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

International Returns

We do not accept returns on international purchases. Orders placed outside of Spain cannot be returned or exchanged. If you notice any problems with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us at customerserviceglambcn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to find a solution, keeping in mind that international logistics may limit the available options.
