SECCIÓN 6 - GARANTÍA LEGAL DE CONFORMIDAD / SECTION 6 - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
De acuerdo con la Directiva Europea 2019/771 y la legislación española vigente, todos los productos vendidos a consumidores de la UE están cubiertos por una garantía legal de conformidad de 2 años desde la fecha de entrega. Si un producto presenta un defecto de conformidad, tienes derecho a su reparación, sustitución, reducción del precio o resolución del contrato, según corresponda.
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and applicable Spanish law, all products sold to EU consumers are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product presents a conformity defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, as applicable.
